Exhausted, Monitor and I Got Tagged

Journal Entry: Sat Jun 7, 2008, 4:30 AM
HAPPENINGS

Ok so I finally got a monitor but now the computer is misbehaving. Not funny at all. I'm also really exhausted, had an unpleasant visitor and I think that's why. Need a few days rest and by next week hopefully I'll have the computer fixed and be able to upload things.... It's very frustrating when technology misbehaves but you're too sick to deal with it or your brain just doesn't want to co operate enough to comprehend what's going on. Anyway...

To anyone who has started watching me recently (forgotten how many have), Thank you. I really appreciate it.

Also when it comes to notes and such, if I haven't gotten back to you it's only a matter of time. I haven't forgotten, I'm not snobbing you off. I'm just exhausted.

On to tagging because I got tagged! You can do this or not, whether I tag you or not. If you need something to type about well it's an excuse.

Rules:
1. post these rules
2. each person tagged must post 8 random facts about themselves.
3. tags should write a journal of these facts
4. at the end post 8 more bloggers are tagged and named
5. go to their page and leave a comment telling them they're tagged

My 8 facts that I’m sure are going to be stupid and embarrassing

1. I never really cried with movies, laughed at people who cried during tear jerkers (mainly women) but now a days. Well I cry with war movies :lmao: The music for Platoon really screws me up.

2. I get really upset if I accidentally kill anything and even more so if I have to do it on purpose. Even mozzies and fruit flys. Mozzies are the ones that are on purpose. Those and white tail spiders.

3. Never talk about it now but I’m a type 1 diabetic and have been so for more then 21 years now. I try not to bring that up because I get really odd looks these days.

4. I love and enjoy just about everything. Even if I’m in a bad mood, even if it’s something mundane or tedious. It’s the small things that count.

5. I love my solitude

6. I really can’t stand bad grammar and punctuation. I used to correct people but gave up. Now it’s just with internet speak (urgh) and books. I’m a bibliophile and read as much as my health will allow so if the punctuation is off or there are gross grammatical errors I get really pissed. I’m not anal :paranoid:

7. I’m scared of heights, hate speed, I’m a big wuss basically but I really want a motorbike.

8. I have prophetic dreams. Not as much as I used to but still enough to notice.

THE DIRT

For those who would like to know more about myself with out having to ask and also for those who wonder what I'm rambling on about half the time. I suffer from ME/CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) a debilitating and very misunderstood chronic illness which has left me housebound and at the moment bed bound. I rarely get to go outside and as a consequence when I do I love to take photographs so I can take a piece of outside inside with me. I love art and I love nature. Apart from photography I also love to write and occasionally sketch and paint.

I hope to one day recover to such a degree I can lead almost a normal life. If and hopefully when that happens I'd like to expand my creative side. In future when it comes to photography I'd love to be able to travel and take more nature shots but also would love to get into architecture, artistic nudes and fetish photography.

In painting and other art I'd love to be able to do something on a bigger scale and everyday I have ideas running through my head...

If anyone wants to know more about me you're more then welcome to ask. There's no harm in asking questions! In the meantime I'm sure a lot of people out there would appreciate it if you'd educate yourself on ME/CFS to make it easier and better for all of us
